As the Interim CEO, I own the CEO role and responsibilities, achieve the goals and objectives set out by the Board, find solutions and make decisions, manage and improve programs and services, and develop the staff. Our time together is used to build a strong foundation for translating your intentions and aspirations into everyday practice, and to utilize my strengths and vision to unleash ideas with a results-driven process.

We begin with Board goals, objectives and priorities, and clarification of your exact expectations of moving the organization forward during our time together.

For a specified period of time, I provide:

  • Hands-on leadership for the day-to-day operations from day 1.

  • Assessment of the current situation for a clear and shared vision of what the organization needs today for sustainability and to prepare for the future.

  • Management of the organization to ensure its sustainability of funding, staff and board, major relationships, programs and services, delivery, budgeting, and reporting.

  • Staff coaching for building capacity, resilience and performance.

  • Support for Board development.

In addition, I can provide transition support to the new permanent CEO once they arrive for 2-4 weeks or longer if necessary.
